- Vanity
- Toilet
- Flooring
- Lighting
- Exhaust fan
Built for Florida humidity
Moisture management — waterproofing, ventilation and humidity-rated materials — is a key consideration in Florida bathrooms, and it is part of how we plan the scope with you.
How we work

- 2.Written quote. Every project gets a detailed written quote after the walkthrough.
- 3.Changes in writing. Scope changes get priced, explained and approved in writing before work continues.
- 4.Your home is protected. Floors covered, dust contained, broom-clean site every evening.
- 5.Final walkthrough. We walk the finished work with you and come back for punch-list items.
Common questions
How much does it cost?
It depends on the scope, materials and any layout changes. We provide a written quote after a free walkthrough, and scope changes are priced, explained and approved in writing before work continues.
How long does it take?
Timelines depend on the scope of work and material availability. Schedule expectations are discussed as part of the quote conversation.
Do I need a permit?
Permit requirements depend on the scope of work and the local building department. Ask us about your project and we will discuss what applies.
